Mike Dooley began his career in the animal health industry with The Iams Pet Food Company and later with the Procter and Gamble Animal Health Division and Central Garden and Pet, gaining extensive experience in the veterinary, pet specialty, distribution and mass channels.

Serving in various sales and marketing capacities for nearly 30 years, he led cross functional teams of up to 50 people in 20 states with revenues that exceeded $200 million annually.

More recently Mike has been a member of the Cornerstone Animal Health Group helping Med Pharmex and then First Priority, Inc grow share in the generic pharmaceutical sector of animal health.

He has been involved in the licensing of products to PetMate, and in establishing a partnership with Jeneil Biotech, a leader in microbial research and development.

He is skilled at building brands, managing sales professionals and territories, gaining new distribution and the efficient deployment of resources. Mike’s expertise includes team staffing and training, new business development, distributor selection and collaboration, key account management, budgeting and expense oversight and promotion design and implementation.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University. He lives with his wife Susan in Corinth, Texas. They have one daughter, Erin.
